Shipping & Returns
What countries do we ship to?
We ship within Europe. Shipping costs are determined as follow; We offer standard shipping rate of €3.50 under de €40.00 on all orders within the Netherlans. Free shipping on orders over €40 within the Netherlands. Other countries within Europe, free delivery above €100. Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Gimeau cannot accept liability. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

What is the delivery time?
Gimeau takes great care in packaging and shipping your order. To process your order please allow 1-2 business days. We strive to a standard shipment within the Netherlands & Belgium is 2-4 business days. Within Europe the expected shipment time is 5-7 working days, depending on country and postal code.
Where can I find my invoice?
Invoices will be send automatically to the emailadrdress the order has been placed with.
What is our return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and non-damaged items within 14 days of purchase.
Step 1: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the product you'd like to return, and we'll help you place the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that does not meet these requirements. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, when your return is approved.
STEP 2: Print your return label and stick it on a suitable envelop or package. Drop off your return at any post office near you. Note: this label is not a pre-paid label, which means these forewarding-charges will be for you own account.
Who is paying for the return?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
What if I received the wrong or a damaged product?
We are sorry to hear if you received the wrong or a damaged product. Please report your damaged item within 72 hours of delivery via email to email@example.com including your order number and a photograph of the damaged item so we can help you out.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept iDeal, Apple Pay, Paypal and Credit card payments. Credit card payment support includes Mastercard, Visa and Discover. All payment methods are fully secured. Please note that Gimeau does not collect your credit- or debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
